In his keynote, Katlego shares the key principles required by individuals and teams to become more. This is based on his philosophy that as individuals or teams we need to become more, in order to be able to give more, so that we can ultimately have more. The principles are the result of research conducted by Katlego after he found himself homeless on the streets of Johannesburg. The question was: “How was it that he was yielding these limited kind of results, whilst others were enjoying abundance. This led him on a journey to discover what made good teams and individuals great.
