Ivan Herald has been working in the people industry for 35 years. Together with his wife Pauline they host a 15 minute National TV Program called ‘Lifestyle Plus’, dealing with all forms of lifestyle issues. Ivan & Pauline have written 7 books in the relationship area (and several key structured programs), that are widely read and used throughout Australia.
Ivan hosts Australia’s largest Marriage Seminar presented by the same presenters. They have had over 35,000 people through the seminar.
The seminar is recognised by the Federal Government in their ‘Relate” Program and the Herald’s organisation ‘OzFAME’, is part of Family Services Australia (One of the only 3 ‘Peak Bodies’ recognised by the Australian Government).
Ivan speaks also in the Corporate/Business area. Specifically his work in this area covers 4 criteria:

- Development of Marriage/FamilyIn Nov 2000 Ivan was awarded the National 2000 Community Service Award at NSW Parliament House for his outstanding work in the field of Marriage/Family. Both Ivan’s Masters and Doctoral degrees are in the area of Conflict Management.
